(…continuation) Take a moment, think about yourself as I think about myself too. If you did not go to the schools you did, if I did not have the things I have, wear the watches I wear, have the circle of friends I have, have the memories I have, thrown the parties ive thrown, earned the salary I earn, have the side business I earn from, what would I have? Nothing. Character, values. Do you see the character and values of a beggar in the street, or you just look at them with pity? If you had nothing, if I had nothing, would B my ex or V love me? cause right now they both claim to be head over heels for me.

“I hardly very approach guys…”

What B was being serious, I could tell from her tone, she was not even lookibn g at me, she was looking…

“Eagle When She Flies” by Dolly Parton

She’s been there, God knows, she’s been there
She has seen and done it all
She’s a woman, she know how to
Dish it out or take it all
Her heart’s as soft as feathers
Still she weathers stormy skies
And she’s a sparrow when she’s broken
But she’s an eagle when she flies

A kaleidoscope of colors
You can toss her around and round
You can keep her in you vision
But you’ll never keep her down
She’s a lover, she’s a mother
She’s a friend and she’s a wife
And she’s a sparrow when she’s broken
But she’s an eagle when she flies

Gentle as the sweet magnolia
Strong as steel, her faith and pride
She’s an everlasting shoulder
She’s the leaning post of life
She hurts deep and when she weeps
She’s just as fragile as a child
And she’s a sparrow when she’s broken
But she’s an eagle when she flies

She’s a sparrow when she’s broken
But she’s an eagle when she flies
Oh, bless her, Lord
She’s an eagle when she flies

Fanasy World

fantasy

Fantasy world,

Fantasy life,

Everything is different,

How I look,

How I act,

How I react

Fantasy world,

I have the perfect houses,

I have the perfect cars,

I have the perfect success story

Fantasy world,

Even when I face trouble,

I always solve it,

Not easily,

Just perfectly

Fantasy world,

I have the perfect friends,

Perfect love life,

Too good to be true,

But it is

Fantasy world,

Where dreams come true,

Achievements work out

I need a fantasy world,

To escape from the real world

Different Thoughts

hand

Staring at him,

Knowing that the friendship has lasted,

Foe days which turned to months which turned to years

Yet this time the sight of him,

Seems so different,

His lips,

They look so kissable

His arms,

The muscles,

The cubes when he’s shirtless,

Who wouldn’t like to touch them romantically

Maybe a move closer,

Or maybe a topic that would bring him closer,

Unable to stare at his eyes,

Because of what’s going on in your mind

You want him close,

You want to have a taste of his lips,

You want to hear him breath against you

Then your remember,

That you are just friends,

And smile back to reality

Instinct

instinct

That inner voice,

Always there to protect,

Yet we doubt it at times

It tells us who to stay away from,

Who to keep close,

Who to doubt,

Who to trust

It warns us,

Of the danger ahead,

Or the lack that is to come

Its that little voice that whispers,

‘Turn back’,

‘Danger lies ahead’,

Its that feeling that warns us,

‘Move on’,

‘Before its too late’,

Its the teacher that has always been,

Telling us,

‘I told you so’,

‘You’ve learnt your lesson’

Its like that friend,

Who’ll always be there,

Regardless of what you do to them

quote

So I really thought I’d moved on but turns out I haven’t, so I’ve decided to look at the little progress I’ve made and start implementing what I’ve been taught. And today I woke up and exercise, it was hard, but it does feel great. Hopefully from tomorrow I’ll also take up something simple… after all, its the little steps that matter.

Be A Good Girl

good

She grew up,

raised to be a quiet one,

Never opposed a thing

She went to religious schools,

Was taught not to speak to the boys,

Nor sleep with them,

As she grew older,

…and she would get rewarded

She was taught how to dress,

How to talk,

How to walk,

How to behave

She was what everyone wanted her to be,

Not what she wanted to be

So she lived a secret life,

A perfect girl on the outside,

Did well in school,

Polite to everyone

Yet secretly,

She lived her life,

Let different people in,

Went where she wanted,

… but got home on time,

Drunk and took what she want,

… no one would notice,

If anyone knew,

She would be an outcast

So she secretly lives the life she wants,

And publicly does what society expects,

If you ask her who she is,

She’ll say what she’s not

‘I’m a good girl’

Tears

tears

This tear,

Is for the broken heart

This tear,

Is for the one I’ve lost

This tear,

Is for the change I’ve made

This tear,

Is for giving up

This tear,

Is for the person I made happy

This tear,

Is for realizing someone cared

This tear,

Is for shading away the pain

This tear,

Is unexpected

This tear,

Is one that came after a smile

This tear,

Is to celebrate my victory

Those tears,

Can never be defined by anyone but myself
